How Pickup Orders Work

When you place an order for pickup, we begin preparing your treats right away. Once your order is ready, you will be notified in two ways:

Email notification — A message will be sent to the email address on file letting you know your order is ready for pickup.
On-site alert badge — You will see a notification badge in the header when you are logged in, alerting you that your order is ready to collect.

Please bring your order confirmation number or email when picking up. Orders not collected within 48 hours may be forfeited.
